What is WOWNOW?
WOWNOW automated online booking platform allows clients to schedule, purchase, and book short-term ad campaigns instantly on WOW Media’s elegant, immersive digital billboard network.
What does it cost to advertise using WOWNOW?
When building and managing your campaign, pricing is transparently shown. Discounts apply when multiple billboards are purchased.
Is WOWNOW selling programmatic guaranteed or non-guaranteed ad space?
Your space is guaranteed once the creative artwork is approved.
How long does it take to get ad content approved after it is first uploaded?
You will typically receive a response within one hour if your content was uploaded during WOW Media’s business hours. Content submitted after hours with be reviewed the following business day. Some media types such as political or potential controversial content require a little extra time due to third party approvals. Don’t worry, we will make sure your content gets reviewed quickly.
Can I purchase campaigns longer than 2 weeks?
Yes but for longer-term commitments, please contact us.
Is there a minimum or maximum time for campaigns?
WOWNOW is designed for campaigns under 2 weeks. For longer-term commitments, please contact us.
Where do the impressions numbers originate?
WOW Media’s inventory is rated by Geopath-audited impressions, which is the gold standard for DOOH.
Can I target specific nearby attractions or events?
Yes. Targeting iconic attractions like LAX, Sofi Stadium, the Forum and the 405 freeway is simple and easy. This can be easily accomplished by using the Attractions filter and selecting one or more of the attractions.
What kind of reports are available?
You will receive an email with webcams of the your content that is playing on each billboard(s) within 24hours of the being posted. Proof of Performance report, aka POP report will be delivered within 1 week of the end of the campaign. When do I pay?
Select your locations, submit your order and once your creative artwork is approved, you will receive an invoice and payment link via email. Agency Advertisers that want Net terms will be provided a credit line after completing a credit application. For Net Terms, please contact us
Which payment methods do you support?
Credit Card, Check, ACH and Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum & US Coin).
If I want to cancel my campaign, is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellation must be submitted, in writing, 60 days prior to first date in which the campaign is scheduled to start.
